Bass Pro Shops in Wisconsin is seeking an Apparel Processing Outfitter to oversee the end-to-end processing of all apparel shipments, from receipt to stocking on the sales floor and in receiving.

You will follow visual merchandising standards, use the inventory management system, replenish stock on the floor, assist with pricing and signage, unload trucks, and deliver friendly, proactive service to guests.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to use company computer systems and devices such as System Two, RF/Gizmo devices & POS register system.
• Ability to process and organize information to include plan-o-grams, visual guides & merchandising standards.
• Ability to review replenishment reporting to organize merchandise to fill the sales floor.
• Ability to communicate in a friendly and professional manner to customers and outfitters.

Responsibilities

• Process apparel merchandise at time of receipt following Visual Merchandising & MPS Standards using the inventory system.
• Replenish merchandise to the sales floor per Visual Merchandising Standards using the inventory system.
• Stay informed about advertised sales to enhance backroom organization and replenishment.
• Unload trucks as needed.
• Assist with pricing maintenance and signage.
• Keep work area clean, neat, organized and stocked.
• Ensure backstock is organized and accessible.
• Provide exceptional customer service and a pleasant shopping experience.
• All other duties as assigned.

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Apparel Processing Outfitter is responsible for the overall processing of all apparel merchandise shipments from receipt of goods to stocking on Sales Floor & Receiving.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Effectively processes all apparel merchandise at time of receipt, adhering to all Visual Merchandising & MPS Standards, and utilizing the inventory management system. 50%
• Systematically replenishes merchandise to the sales floor as required per the Visual Merchandising Standards utilizing the inventory management system. 10%
• Remains knowledgeable of advertised sales to promote effective backroom organization and replenishment. 10%
• Unloads trucks as needed. 10%
• Assists with pricing maintenance and signage of merchandise. 5%
• Keeps work area clean, neat, organized and well stocked with supplies. 5%
• Ensure backstock merchandise remains organized and accessible. 5%
• Demonstrates exceptional customer service and ensures a pleasant shopping experience for all guests. 5%
• ALL OTHER DUTIES AS ASSIGNED

• Minimum Degree Required: High School Diploma or Equivalent
