Bass Pro Shops is hosting a seasonal Apparel Processing Outfitter role at our Verdi, NV location. The position handles apparel processing from receipt to shelf stocking, with emphasis on Vis/Merch standards and inventory systems. On-site interviews are conducted during the NT hiring event.

The role requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and offers part-time hours with benefits. Expect to work with customer-focused teams and maintain organized backrooms and sales floors to support holiday

Responsibilities

• Process apparel merchandise at time of receipt following Visual Merchandising and MPS standards.
• Replenish merchandise on the sales floor per Visual Merchandising Standards and inventory system.
• Stay informed about advertised sales to support backroom organization and replenishment.
• Assist with pricing maintenance and signage of merchandise.
• Keep work area clean, neat, organized, and stocked with supplies.
• Ensure backstock merchandise remains organized and accessible.
• Provide exceptional customer service and create a pleasant shopping experience for guests.

_ POSITION SUMMARY: _ The Apparel Processing Outfitter is responsible for the overall processing of all apparel merchandise shipments from receipt of goods to stocking on Sales Floor & Receiving.

_ ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: _

• Effectively processes all apparel merchandise at time of receipt, adhering to all Visual Merchandising & MPS Standards, and utilizing the inventory management system. 50%

• Systematically replenishes merchandise to the sales floor as required per the Visual Merchandising Standards utilizing the inventory management system. 10%

• Remains knowledgeable of advertised sales to promote effective backroom organization and replenishment. 10%

• Unloads trucks as needed. 10%

• Assists with pricing maintenance and signage of merchandise. 5%

• Keeps work area clean, neat, organized and well stocked with supplies. 5%

• Ensure backstock merchandise remains organized and accessible. 5%

• Demonstrates exceptional customer service and ensures a pleasant shopping experience for all guests. 5%

_ KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITY: _

• Ability to use company computer systems and devices such as System Two, RF/Gizmo devices & Point of Sale register system.
• Ability to process and organize information to include plan-o-grams, visual guides & merchandising standards.
• Ability to review replenishment reporting to organize merchandise to fill the sales floor.
• Ability to communicate in a friendly and professional manner to our customers and other outfitters.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with Management, co-workers and customers.
