Northern Management Group, a franchisee network of Dunkin' locations, is hiring closing crew members (18+) to join our team in Holliston, MA. We offer flexible PT and FT schedules, a fast-paced, friendly environment, and opportunities to grow with the company.

Starting pay up to $16 per hour plus tips, paid training, benefits, and a college degree program through SNHU. You will provide great guest service, maintain cleanliness, and support daily operations until closing.

Qualifications

• Adult 18+ due to labor laws.
• Friendly team player with great guest service.
• Willingness to work until closing and complete cleaning/stocking.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent guest service and handle orders efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness and assist with basic food preparation.
• Assist with stocking, closing duties, and daily operational tasks.
