Northern Management Group is hiring CLOSING CREW MEMBERS (18+) to join our Dunkin' franchise family in Beachmont, MA. We offer flexible PT or FT shifts with opportunities to grow within our expanding network.

As a Crew Member you will deliver great guest service, work well under pressure, and help with closing duties and stock/cleaning. Compensation starts around $14–16 per hour plus tips, with benefits and paid training available.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Able to provide friendly guest service and maintain professionalism.
• Willing to work until closing and complete all cleaning and stocking tasks.
