Responsibilities

• Lead closing shift operations and daily store close-out.
• Ensure store is clean, organized, and fully recovered before closing.
• Support and motivate team members during closing hours.
• Handle end-of-day procedures, including cash handling and register closeout.
• Assist with merchandising and straightening the sales floor.
• Maintain strong customer service through final hours of operation.
• Communicate closing updates and issues with management.
• Ensure all closing checklists are completed accurately.
