Job summary

A childcare center is seeking passionate Infant Teachers to create a nurturing environment and implement a proprietary curriculum. Responsibilities include fostering a love of learning, communicating with parents, and supporting enrollment goals. Candidates should have at least two years of professional teaching experience and a High School Diploma. CPR and First Aid certification is required or must be obtained. Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of professional teaching experience required.
  • High School Diploma/GED required; college ECE coursework highly preferred.
  • CPR and First Aid Certification or willingness to obtain required.

  • Must meet state specific guidelines for the role.

Responsibilities

  • Create a welcoming, engaging classroom space for young children.
  • Implement the proprietary L.E.A.P. Curriculum®.
  • Communicate regularly with parents about children's progress.
  • Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn.
  • Communicate regularly with parents, sharing their children’s latest adventures and achievements through a variety of avenues, including mobile apps and personal discussions.
  • Support your center’s success, partnering with center staff and leadership to achieve goals around enrollment and engagement.
  • Build relationships with families and coworkers and create a dynamic environment where play and learning happen seamlessly.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Implement our proprietary L.E.A.P. Curriculum®, working with Infants, Toddlers, and/or Preschool children in a way that is consistent with the unique needs of each child.
