LendingOne in Boca Raton, FL is hiring an experienced Closing Coordinator to join our Closing Department. This role works directly with our Real Estate Paralegal, Post Closer and In-House Counsel in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment designed to support real estate investors.

You bring 1–3 years as a Legal Assistant or Closing Coordinator, strong communication, superb attention to detail, and proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience as a Legal Assistant or Closing Coordinator, preferably in real estate.
• Positive attitude, high energy, extremely organized, excellent communication skills and self-motivated.
• Strong computer skills with high literacy; ambitious to learn.
• Extremely proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Generate loan documents/packages.
• Review and negotiate title commitments.
• Work closely with operations and legal teams during the closing process.
• Check-in signed loan packages.
• Handle miscellaneous loan closing issues and assist in the legal department as needed.
