Dan’s Management Co. is hiring for a Crew Member to deliver great guest experiences by preparing food and beverages in a fast-paced Dunkin’ environment. You’ll greet guests, handle payments, and operate coffee and sandwich equipment while maintaining clean stations.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English
• Capable of counting money and making change
• Able to operate restaurant equipment (minimum age requirements may apply)

Responsibilities

• Greets and serves guests while providing excellent customer service
• Anticipates and understands guest needs and strives to exceed expectations
• Operates coffee, sandwich, and other equipment
• POS transactions include entering orders and collecting payment with accuracy
• Maintains clean workstations and guest areas
• Follows direction, works well and interacts with others respectfully
