Job summary

Dan’s Management Co. is seeking Crew Members to deliver positive guest experiences by preparing food and beverages to our standards.

You will work in a fast-paced team environment and help ensure guest satisfaction. Starting at $16 per hour with potential to earn more through tips, we offer flexible scheduling, free coffee and donuts, an employee meal during shift, and opportunities for growth and advancement, including a management training program.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English.
• Capable of counting money and making change.
• Able to operate restaurant equipment (minimum age requirements may apply).

Responsibilities

• Greets and serves guests while providing excellent customer service.
• Anticipates and understands guest needs and strives to exceed expectations.
• Operates coffee, sandwich, and other equipment.
• POS transactions include entering orders and collecting payment with accuracy.
• Maintains clean workstations and guest areas.
• Follows direction, works well and interacts with others respectfully.
