Dan’s Management Co. is hiring Crew Members for its Dunkin locations in Rhode Island. The team delivers positive guest experiences by preparing food and beverages to brand standards in a fast-paced setting.

We offer about 30 hours per week and full-time employees can access medical, dental, vision, 401(k) matching and other benefits. Starting wage is $16 per hour, with tips potentially earning $17.50+ per hour.

Qualifications

• Fluent English for guest interaction and basic communication.
• Capable of counting money and handling payments accurately.
• Able to operate restaurant equipment (coffee machines, grills, fryers, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Greet and serve guests with excellent service.
• Anticipate guest needs and exceed expectations.
• Operate coffee, sandwich, and other equipment.
• Process POS transactions accurately and collect payments.
• Maintain clean workstations and guest areas.
• Collaborate with team and follow directions.
