Chick-fil-A is hiring a Back of House Team Member in Winston-Salem, NC. The role focuses on preparing, cooking, assembling, and presenting food quickly and safely to Chick-fil-A standards.

You will work across kitchen stations, stock ingredients, maintain clean conditions, and stay updated on new products. We offer a fun, team-oriented environment with growth opportunities, learning from experienced operators and leaders, and flexible scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food safely and quickly to Chick-fil-A standards.
• Know assignments for all kitchen stations (fries, breading, assembling, boards, prep).
• Stock kitchen inventory as needed and keep area clean and orderly.
• Learn and implement new products and procedures from leadership.
• Complete opening or closing tasks and adhere to dress code and rules.

Position Type:

• Full-time and Part-time

Back of House Team Member Responsibilities:

• Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food safely, quickly and efficiently, meeting Chick-fil-A standards
• Be knowledgeable of the assignments for all kitchen stations, including fries, breading, assembling, boards, and food prep
• Stock kitchen inventory as needed
• Keep the kitchen neat, clean and orderly at all times
• Keep up-to-date with new products rolled out by Chick-fil-A
• Work safely around kitchen equipment and report any maintenance issues to Leadership
• Maintain personal knowledge by completing in‑house training and stay up-to-date on any changes
• Complete all opening or closing tasks as assigned
• Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times
• Other duties as assigned
