Job Description
Our Installation Team Member position is an entry position with great potential for growth. We will provide paid, on-the-job training to candidates with the right skill set and a great attitude.
- Unloading and staging of all parts/materials required for system installation
- Preparing space and materials for installation
- Installing basic wall‑mounted home organization systems
- Installing “Luxe” home organization systems, including custom lighting, trim, and other accessories
- Completing post‑installation paperwork with an eye for detail and accuracy
- Training: we teach you our process and help you develop the necessary skills
- Resources: trucks, tools, and uniform provided
Qualifications
- HS Diploma or GED; trade or vocational school experience desirable
- Strong verbal, listening and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and in teams
- Experience with common hand and power tools
- Ability to work and stand on feet for entire 8+ hour shift
- Ability to lift 50-75lbs; reach, stoop, stand, grasp, balance, climb stairs, kneel, and crouch
- Understanding of safety protocols and requirements
- Must have valid driver’s license and be able to work in client homes
- Ability to work four 10‑hour shifts per week
