Job summary

Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in structured finance transactions and securitizations.
- Experience with CLO transactions and related SPE matters.
- Licensed to practice in home jurisdiction or eligible for admission.
Responsibilities
- Represent financial institutions, asset managers, and issuers in structured finance transactions and securitizations.
- Draft, review, and negotiate transaction documents for asset-backed securities issuances and other structured finance arrangements.
- Prepare, negotiate, review, and analyze transactional legal opinions.
- Support the team throughout all phases of complex structured finance transactions.
