Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe LLP's U.S. Structured Finance group in Charlotte is seeking a lawyer to advise on CLO structuring, execution and regulatory compliance for middle-market and broadly syndicated loan transactions.

You will work closely with arrangers, managers, investors and issuers, manage multiple transactions in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, and contribute to deal documentation through closing.

• The firm's U.S. Structured Finance group is a market leader in Collateralized Loan Obligations (CLOs), particularly middle-market and broadly syndicated loan CLOs, and possesses deep experience in middle-market leveraged loan transactions.


• The group advises arrangers, managers, investors, and issuers on all aspects of CLO structuring, execution, and regulatory compliance.


• The role involves advising on the structuring, execution, and closing of CLO transactions, with a specific focus on middle-market leveraged loans.
