Hogan Lovells is seeking a Junior to Mid-Level Associate for its CLO/ABL/Structured Finance practice in New York, Washington DC, or Charlotte. Candidates should have 2-6+ years of experience in private securities offerings and/or securitization or general bank lending, with CLO/ABS/CMBS exposure considered a plus.

Excellent credentials and law firm background are required. The role offers a base salary range of $235,000 to $390,000 per year, with potential annual bonuses and comprehensive firm

Qualifications

• 2-6+ years of substantial experience in private securities offerings and/or securitization or general bank lending.
• CLO, ABS and/or CMBS experience is a plus.
• Excellent academic credentials and solid law firm work experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist with CLO/ABL/structured finance transactions and related legal work.
• Draft and negotiate transaction documents for private securities offerings and secured lending.
• Provide legal analysis and risk assessment for structured finance deals.
