Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Finance/Accounting/Math or related field.
• 1-3 years of relevant experience preferred in Financial Services, especially with CLOs.
• Strong attention to detail and self-starter attitude; excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor compliance for US CLO platform and related reporting.
• Review quarterly investor reports and calculations.
• Conduct testing and interpret indentures; collaborate with Portfolio Management and Trading teams.
• Oversee vendor relationships and fund administration; prepare regular management reports.
