CNO Financial Group, Inc. is seeking a CLO Portfolio Analyst to help ensure portfolios meet investor requirements and learn credit analysis, risk management, and structured credit as part of the investment process.

The role involves preparing monthly/quarterly investor reports, monitoring indenture tests, and assisting in portfolio optimization under guidance from senior leaders. Candidates should reside within 60 miles of Carmel, IN and be prepared to work on-site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or analytical Liberal Arts.
• 0-1 years of experience; recent grads welcome to apply.
• Proficiency in Excel, VBA and Python required.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure monthly and quarterly reports are accurate and distributed to investors.
• Monitor compliance with indenture requirements and identify tests at risk.
• Develop and maintain various risk/analytic models for dislocations and opportunities.
• Collaborate with AVP/VP of Leveraged Loans on portfolio optimization.
• Coordinate with traders and trustees on daily investable cash.
