We are partnering with a leading enterprise to appoint a Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) Implementation Consultant to lead the rollout of a new CLM platform. Acting as the bridge between business users, legal teams, and technical stakeholders, you’ll ensure the successful delivery of a strategic legal technology transformation.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the end-to-end deployment of a CLM platform—from requirements gathering through to testing, go-live and support.
Collaborate with Legal, Procurement, Sales, IT, and Compliance teams to define contract workflows, approval hierarchies, and system requirements.
Translate functional and business needs into technical configurations within the selected CLM system.
Oversee vendor engagement, ensuring timely system integration, ERP/CRM alignment, and smooth data migration.
Develop training plans, user guides, and lead enablement sessions to drive adoption and support during hypercare.
Key Skills Required
Minimum 5 years of CLM platform implementation experience (e.g. LinkSquares, Sirion, DocuSign CLM, Icertis).
Strong understanding of contract workflows, legal operations, and document lifecycle management.
Familiarity with APIs, ERP/CRM integrations, and data mapping for system deployments.
Excellent cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder communication.
Degree in Business, Legal Studies, IT, or similar; PMP or equivalent certification preferred.
