Location: PA or WV, USA (Hybrid/Remote Options)

Are you a Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) expert with a track record of delivering seamless system deployments? Our client is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented CLM Implementation Consultant to lead a full-cycle implementation of a new CLM platform. This is an exciting opportunity to work cross-functionally across legal, procurement, and IT teams to shape and streamline contract operations.

• 5+ years of experience in CLM implementation or legal tech deployments.
• Hands-on knowledge of tools like LinkSquares, Sirion, DocuSign, or similar.
• Strong understanding of contract workflows, legal structures, and enterprise applications.
• Familiarity with system integration, data migration, and API-based architecture.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or Legal Studies. PMP certification preferred.

5 Key Areas of Responsibility:

• Lead full implementation lifecycle: From requirements gathering and configuration through testing, training, and go-live.
• Cross-functional collaboration: Work with Legal, Procurement, Sales, IT, and Compliance teams.
• Translate business needs into detailed system configurations and specifications.
• Manage vendors: Oversee data migration, system integration with ERP/CRM, and delivery milestones.
• Train and support: Develop end-user materials and deliver ongoing hypercare post-launch.
