Qualifications

• Proven experience developing and managing clipping campaigns at scale.
• Experience working with social brands, creators, gamers, or media with high-volume content.
• Track record of using clips to drive views, engagement, and channel growth.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute large-scale clipping campaigns designed to drive views and audience growth.
• Identify high-potential moments from livestreams, creators, and platform activity.
• Build systems for producing and distributing high volumes of social clips.
• Recruit, manage, and activate a network of clippers.
• Develop briefs, guidelines, and direction to produce platform-native content.
• Understand and optimize for algorithms across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, X, etc.
• Analyze performance and iterate on strategies based on metrics.
