Ulta Beauty’s Specialty Beauty Advisor – Clinique (SBA – Clinique) role focuses on maximizing Clinique brand sales by engaging guests, helping them choose cosmetics, skincare and fragrance, and maintaining store standards. Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred; cosmetology license may be required by state law.
• Cosmetics artistry experience preferred.
• Strong selling, guest service, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed Clinique brand sales and clientele goals and contribute to store-wide targets.
• Greet and engage guests, personalize service, offer samples, and recommend products/services.
• Perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations for guests.
• Book appointments for services and in-store events to drive Clinique sales and guest experience.
• Build and maintain relationships with a growing Clinique customer base and follow up on inquiries.
• Stay informed about promotions, events, and services and convey them to guests.
