Ulta Beauty’s Specialty Beauty Advisor – Clinique (SBA – Clinique) role focuses on maximizing Clinique brand sales by engaging guests, assessing needs, and guiding selections while upholding store standards, cleanliness, and replenishment. The SBA represents Ulta Beauty and Clinique to guests and supports the Experience Manager through service, sales, and events.

Applicants should have a high school diploma (cosmetology or demonstrator license as required by state), cosmetics artistry experience

Qualifications

Cosmetics artistry experience preferred.
Strong guest service and sales skills.
Ability to learn product knowledge quickly.

Responsibilities

Greet guests and drive Clinique brand sales and loyalty participation.
Perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations.
Book appointments for services and support in-store events.
Maintain store standards including cleanliness, replenishment, and tester maintenance.
Build customer relationships and follow up on guest inquiries.
Attend required brand trainings to stay informed about products.
