You will be a member of the Expert Resource Team supporting Long-Term Disability Claims Teams, which is part of our Group Insurance Business. We have Long-Term Disability offices in Newark, NJ, Portland, ME, and Scottsdale, AZ, with many staff working virtually.
The current employee work arrangement for this position is fully virtual. While this position does not require your on-site presence regularly, there may be occasions where on-site presence at a Prudential office is necessary.
In this role, you will review medical documentation in case files to determine medically supported restrictions and limitations for clients. Our clinicians collaborate with claims teams, physicians, return-to-work coordinators, and vocational departments to manage claims effectively.
The salary range for this role is from $78,700 to $117,300, varying by location, experience, and skills. We provide competitive salaries, bonuses, comprehensive benefits including health insurance, 401(k), pension, wellness programs, educational benefits, employee stock purchase plan, and more.
