Qualifications

• Master's degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or related field.
• Licensure required or working toward full licensure (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, etc.).
• Experience in mental health or substance use treatment preferred.

Your Role as a Clinician

As a clinician, you will provide direct support to clients, helping them navigate their recovery journey with compassionate, evidence-based care. You'll collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement treatment plans that promote healing and long term success.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide Individual & Group Therapy - Deliver high-quality counseling tailored to client needs.
• Develop & Implement Treatment Plans - Create personalized recovery plans that drive meaningful change.
• Maintain Clinical Documentation - Ensure accurate records to support treatment effectiveness.
• Collaborate with a Multidisciplinary Team - Work alongside clinicians, medical staff, and leadership.
• Support Crisis Intervention - Help clients navigate challenges with compassionate care.
• Stay Current with Best Practices - Continuously improve skills through training and supervision.

What We're Looking For

• Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field
• Licensure Required - LPC, LCSW, LMFT, ADT, CSC, CAC or equivalent (or working toward full licensure)
• Experience In Mental Health Or Substance Use Treatment Preferred
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Passion For Helping Others Through Evidence-based Treatment
