Job summary

Terros Health is seeking a Clinician Technician to provide a safe residential environment and engage clients in skills training, aiming for community integration and self-sufficiency. You will conduct screenings, assessments, and treatment planning, manage caseloads, and coordinate care.

You will support Independent Living Skills, health promotion, and vocational skills while overseeing medication processes and documenting clinically.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 1.5 years of relevant behavioral health experience.
• Associate's degree in a behavioral health field qualifies you.
• Bachelor's degree in a behavioral health field is preferred.
• Non-behavioral bachelor’s with one year of behavioral health experience also acceptable.
• Must pass DCS Central Registry check with no disqualifying events.
• Age 21+ with valid AZ driver license and clean MVR.

Responsibilities

• Provide a safe, secure environment in a residential setting.
• Screenings, assessments, treatment planning and case load management.
• Crisis management and coordination of care.
• Direct client support for Independent Living Skills activities and wellness.
• Oversee medication process and submit clinical documentation.

Job description

As a Clinician Technician at Terros Health you will provide a safe and secure environment for our clients in a residential setting, engage them in skills training, designed to enhance functioning leading to community integration and self-sufficiency in living, learning, social and work environments. You will be responsible for screenings, assessments, treatment planning, case load management, crisis management and coordination of care.
You will provide direct support to our clients, engaging them in Independent Living Skills (ILS) activities, health and wellness promotion, personal assistance services, rehabilitation and vocational skills, training and development services, transportation services and crisis management. You will be responsible for overseeing the medication process and submit clinical documentation.

Qualifications

• A High School Diploma/GED and at least 1.5 years of relevant experience in a behavioral health setting; OR
• An associate's degree in a behavioral health field; OR
• A bachelor's degree in the behavioral health field; OR
• A non-behavioral health field bachelor's degree and one year of relevant experience in a behavioral health setting.
• Must pass DCS Central Registry check without any disqualifying events.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Background check.
• Minimum typing speed of 25 wpm.
• Valid Arizona Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card or ability to obtain an Arizona Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card.
• Current Arizona Driver License and a current satisfactory 39-month Motor Vehicle Record (MVR).
