Lifewell Health seeks a Clinician Technician to support clients in a residential setting, engaging them in Independent Living Skills, health and wellness promotion, and coordination of care.

Responsibilities include screenings, assessments, treatment planning, case load management, crisis intervention, and direct support with transportation and daily living skills. Must pass background checks and have at least 21 years old with a valid Arizona driver license.

Qualifications

• Must pass DCS Central Registry check without disqualifying events.
• Must be at least 21 years of age and pass a background check.
• Must have valid Arizona driver license and satisfactory MVR.
• Must meet physical demands and be able to perform essential functions.

Responsabilités

• Provide direct client support in independent living skills and health promotion.
• Screen, assess, and participate in treatment planning and care coordination.
• Oversee medication process and document clinical activities.
• Engage clients in skills training and crisis management as needed.
• Meet schedule requirements for Clinician Technician - B shift (32 hours).

Associate’s degree in behavioral health

Bachelor’s degree in behavioral health

Bachelor’s degree in non-behavioral field + 1 year related experience

As a Clinician Technician at Terros Health, you will provide a safe and secure environment for our clients in a residential setting, engage them in skills training, designed to enhance functioning leading to community integration and self-sufficiency in living, learning, social and work environments. You will be responsible for screenings, assessments, treatment planning, case load management, crisis management and coordination of care.You will provide direct support to our clients, engaging them in Independent Living Skills (ILS) activities, health and wellness promotion, personal assistance services, rehabilitation and vocational skills, training and development services, transportation services and crisis management.
