Job summary

Terros Health is seeking a Clinician Technician in Mesa, AZ. This full-time, in-office position focuses on providing a safe environment for clients in a residential setting, conducting screenings, assessments, and treatment planning, and coordinating care to promote recovery and community integration.

The role includes overseeing medication processes, direct client support, and engagement in Independent Living Skills, health promotion, and vocational training.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 21+ years of age at minimum.
• Background check.
• Typing speed 25 wpm.
• Valid Arizona Driver License and MVR.
• Arizona Fingerprint Clearance card or ability to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Provide screenings, assessments, and treatment planning.
• Manage caseload and coordinate care.
• Oversee medication process and document clinically.
• Engage clients in Independent Living Skills (ILS) activities and health/wellness promotion.
• Support clients in rehabilitation and vocational skills, training and development, and transportation services.
• Respond to crises and provide crisis management.

Job Details: Job Location: Pala Mesa Apartments - Mesa, AZ, Position Type: Full Time, Education Level: High School Diploma/GED, Salary Range: $17.87 - $19.98Hourly, Travel Percentage: In-Office, Job Shift: Any, Job Category: Behavioral Health/Social Work , As a Clinician Technician at Terros Health, you will provide a safe and secure environment for our clients in a residential setting, engage them in skills training, designed to enhance functioning leading to community integration and self-sufficiency in living, learning, social and work environments. You will be responsible for screenings, assessments, treatment planning, case load management, crisis management and coordination of care. You will provide direct support to our clients, engaging them in Independent Living Skills (ILS) activities, health and wellness promotion, personal assistance services, rehabilitation and vocational skills, training and development services, transportation services and crisis management. You will be responsible for overseeing the medication process and submit clinical documentation. Qualifications:

• A High School Diploma/GED and at least 1.5 years of relevant experience in a behavioral health setting; OR
• An associate’s degree in a behavioral health field; OR
• A bachelor’s degree in the behavioral health field; OR
• A non-behavioral health field bachelor’s degree and one year of relevant experience in a behavioral health setting.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Background check.
• Minimum typing speed of 25 wpm.
• Valid Arizona Fingerprint Clearance card or ability to obtain an Arizona fingerprint clearance card.
• Current Arizona Driver License and a current satisfactory 39-month Motor Vehicle Record (MVR).
