Job summary

Terros Health is seeking a Clinician Technician for a residential setting at Ranchwood Apartments, Glendale, AZ. You will engage clients in skills training and manage assessments, treatment plans, and crisis coordination to support community integration and self-sufficiency.

You will oversee medication processes and complete clinical documentation, with schedules including 3p-11:30p and related shifts. Terros Health emphasizes growth, internal promotion, and a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Must pass DCS Central Registry check without any disqualifying events.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Background check.
• Minimum typing speed of 25 wpm.
• Valid Arizona Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card or ability to obtain.
• Current Arizona Driver License and a current satisfactory 39-month MVR.

Responsibilities

• Provide a safe, secure environment for clients in a residential setting.
• Engage clients in Independent Living Skills (ILS) activities and rehab services.
• Oversee medication process and submit clinical documentation.

You will be responsible for screenings, assessments, treatment planning, case load management, crisis management and coordination of care.

You will provide direct support to our clients, engaging them in Independent Living Skills (ILS) activities, health and wellness promotion, personal assistance services, rehabilitation and vocational skills, training and development services, transportation services and crisis management. You will be responsible for overseeing the medication process and submit clinical documentation.

Qualifications

• A High School Diploma/GED and at least 1.5 years of relevant experience in a behavioral health setting; OR
• An associate’s degree in a behavioral health field; OR
• A bachelor’s degree in the behavioral health field; OR
• A non-behavioral health field bachelor’s degree and one year of relevant experience in a behavioral health setting.
• Must pass DCS Central Registry check without any disqualifying events.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Background check.
• Minimum typing speed of 25 wpm.
• Valid Arizona Level OneFingerprint Clearance Card or ability to obtain an Arizona Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card.
• Current Arizona Driver License and a current satisfactory 39-month Motor Vehicle Record (MVR).
