Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field.
• 3-5 years recruitment experience.
• Demonstrated full life cycle recruiting experience.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and manage all recruitment activities for physicians, psychologists and APPs.
• Coordinate interviews, site visits, references and onboarding.
• Advise senior leaders on market trends, hiring needs and compensation.
• Oversee onboarding logistics including relocation, licensing and credentialing.
