New River Valley Community Services is seeking a Clinician for the SUD Partial Hospitalization Program known as Dojo. The clinician works with an interdisciplinary team to assist clients with substance use disorders in the partial hospitalization program, which meets five hours each day for four days each week. The program is interactive, utilizing mindfulness as a foundation for intervening clinically and teaching coping skills that target the causes and solutions to substance use disorders.
Responsibilities include providing group counseling, individual counseling, and psycho-educational groups every week. The clinician will also assist with arrangements for clients to attend nutrition counseling, yoga, and Acudetox.
Starting Salary: $50,400 – depending on experience.
Additional compensation will be considered for new employees who speak multiple languages.
