Job Description Summary
The Clinician Success Manager (CLSM) plays a pivotal role in driving provider adoption of Cozeva by understanding and optimizing provider workflows, ensuring seamless EHR integration (CozevaConnect), and facilitating best practice implementation to improve quality and risk performance. This role will be responsible for engaging providers/practices, training users at different levels of support, and driving measurable outcomes. This role requires technical knowledge, customer service, project management and relationship buildling skills.
Drive Provider Adoption & Engagement
- Lead provider outreach efforts to increase utilization of our platform.
- Identify and address workflow barriers to streamline Cozeva usage.
- Work closely with provider offices to ensure smooth onboarding and sustained engagement.
Facilitate EHR Integration & Workflow Optimization
- Support practices in implementing CozevaConnect to enable seamless use within their native EHR workflows.
- Gather insights on provider workflows and share best practice workflows that optimize quality and risk performance.
- Collaborate with internal teams to troubleshoot and improve EHR-enabled workflows for providers.
- Tier 1 – Self-Service: Develop and maintain training materials, guides, and FAQs for providers/practices
- Tier 2 – Train-the-Trainer: Equip enterprise users and key practice champions with the knowledge and resources to scale training efforts to their network.
- Tier 3 – Direct Provider Training: Conduct direct training sessions for practices that require hands-on support to drive adoption.
Monitor & Improve Performance Outcomes
- Analyze provider usage and performance data to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Track engagement metrics and share success stories that demonstrate ROI for clients.
- Provide structured feedback to internal teams on provider challenges, adoption trends, and feature improvement needs.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with customer success, data analytics, and product teams to refine provider support strategies.
- Act as the key liaison between providers and internal stakeholders to ensure successful rollout and adoption of platform enhancements.
On-Site Support & Travel
- Conduct on-site provider visits as needed to support implementation, training, and workflow optimization.
- Work with practices that require hands-on adoption support to drive engagement and demonstrate best practices.
- Travel (dependent on business needs and client contracts) to support practices in achieving successful platform adoption.
Education/Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in provider engagement, provider support, customer success, account management or a related field or equivalent.
- Experience working with providers, medical practices, or health systems to implement technology solutions.
- Familiarity with population health, value-based care programs, and provider performance improvement strategies.
- Experience with EHR systems (Epic, Cerner, Athenahealth, Veradigm/Allscripts, etc.) and healthcare interoperability is a strong plus.
- Strong provider engagement and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to analyze provider workflows and recommend optimizations.
- Experience conducting trainings, demos, and adoption strategies at scale.
- Comfortable navigating EHR environments and identifying integration opportunities.
- Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple provider relationships and track adoption progress.
- Strong problem-solving skills to proactively address provider barriers and adoption challenges.
- Data-driven mindset, with the ability to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and measure impact.
- Ability to travel up to 30% to provider offices for on-site training, workflow assessments, and implementation support.
- Excellent communication skills and interpersonal/relationship building skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong project management skills and ability to handle multiple projects at one time.
- Demonstrated experience organizing meetings for small to medium audiences including developing materials, event planning, and execution.
- Experience working with clinicians and billing/coding staff is a plus.
- Must be fully proficient in Google G Suite or MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.)
Travel
This position may require travel on-site to provider practices for demos and training as required. Approved expenses incurred will be covered by the company.
Note on Work Location:
This is a remote position open to candidates across the U.S. However, if you are located in the Bay Area, California or within 50 miles of Bellevue, Washington , you will be expected to work from a local office at least once per week .
The pay range for this role is:
65,000 - 85,000 USD per year (Remote (United States))
