Job summary

Gosnold, Inc. is seeking a Part-time Clinician for the Centerville location (8 hours, 7a-3p). The role involves initial evaluation and patient intake interviews, assessing presenting problems, formulating diagnoses, and recommending appropriate treatment.

A strong understanding of addiction and mental health treatment, plus twelve-step principles, is required. The position offers a per-diem pay structure with hourly rates ranging from $31 to $46 depending on licensure and credentials.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a counseling or related discipline required.
• Five years of supervised counseling experience in behavioral health.
• LICSW/LMHC/LMFT license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement and modify treatment plans and continuing care plans.
• Provide individual, group, family, marital and adjunctive therapies as needed within credentials.
• Conduct case management and prepare discharge summaries.
• Provide crisis management for patients, including on-call consults.
• Coordinate with referral sources and external providers for care coordination.
