Job summary

The Judge Rotenberg Educational Center (JRC) in Canton, MA seeks a full-time BCBA or BCBA-D to join a highly structured residential program.

Candidates will use state-of-the-art behavioral systems within a team-based environment to help individuals with autism spectrum disorder, intellectual disability, and severe problem behaviors achieve meaningful clinical progress and improved quality of life. Salary range $105,000–$125,000 with benefits.

Qualifications

• Master's or Ph.D. in Psychology or allied fields with a behavioral emphasis.
• Stamina for long, demanding schedules.
• Strong problem solving, analytic, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience writing about, consulting on, and designing programs for autistic/behaviorally disordered individuals.

The Judge Rotenberg Educational Center (JRC) is a highly structured residential school located close to Boston, MA. JRC specializes in the use of behavior analysis to serve children and adults with autism spectrum disorder, intellectual disability, and various psychiatric disorders who exhibit severe problem behaviors. We seek to add a full-time BCBA or BCBA-D.

Candidates should be interested in using state-of-the-art behavioral systems within a team-based environment to help people with severe aggression and self-injury achieve significant clinical progress and quality of life improvements.

• Starting salary is $105,000-110,000 for BCBA and $125,000 for BCBA-D
• Annual Performance based salary increases and potential performance bonus
