Meridian Healthcare in Live Oak, Florida, is seeking a Clinician (Licensed or Unlicensed) to provide individual and group counseling for mental health and substance use recovery, complete biopsychosocial assessments, and develop personalized treatment plans. You’ll monitor progress, maintain clinical documentation, and support clients through early recovery in a structured setting.

Master’s in behavioral health and licensure or eligibility preferred; competitive compensation and expansive

• Licensed or license-eligible professionals preferred
• Experience with mental health, substance use, or dual diagnosis

What You’ll Do

• Provide individual and group counseling for mental health and substance use recovery
• Complete biopsychosocial assessments and individualized treatment plans
• Monitor progress and maintain clinical documentation
• Support clients across early stages of recovery in a structured setting

Compensation & Bonuses

• Unlicensed: $24.46/hr (+ $5,000 community-based additive)
• Licensed: $66K–$71K+ (based on experience)
• Sign-On Bonuses: $3,000–$5,000 after 30 days for select outpatient programs
• Free Qualified Supervision toward LMFT, LCSW, or LMHC licensure
