Major Responsibilities

1. Conduct eligibility screenings, intake assessments, and follow-ups to inform treatment planning.
2. Perform client evaluations including bio-psychosocial assessments and diagnostic formulation.
3. Provide individual counseling and support clients in achieving treatment goals.
4. Develop and document treatment plans, noting client strengths and behaviorally based goals.
5. Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings, case discussions, and professional development.
6. Participate in utilization management and accreditation processes.
7. Build relationships with agencies for client referrals and care coordination.
8. Coordinate with clinical team members to ensure comprehensive client services.

Qualifications

Required

• Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, or Mental Health Counseling.
• Licensure as LICSW, LMHC, or Psychologist in Massachusetts.
• No driving requirement.

Preferred

• Bilingual skills.
• Experience in behavioral health or addiction (minimum one year preferred).

Physical & Environmental Conditions

Work is sedentary, indoors in clinical and office settings.
