Job summary

Health Solutions West is seeking a Clinician II in Grand Junction, CO to provide clinical assessment, crisis intervention, and individual, family, and group therapy. You will develop and monitor treatment plans and maintain clinical charts under supervision.

The role requires a Master’s degree in human services or related field, Colorado licensure, and CAC designation or pursuit. You will work with a diverse client population in a collaborative clinical team.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in human services or related field required.
• Two years post-graduate experience in human services related field preferred.
• Licensed in the State of Colorado.
• CAC designation or currently pursuing designation, depending upon program as needed.

Responsibilities

• Conduct clinical assessment and crisis intervention with clients.
• Provide individual, family, and group therapy.
• Develop and monitor treatment plans and progress notes.
• Maintain clinical charts and reporting data in accordance with policies.
• Collaborate with a diverse client population in various treatment settings.
