CMHA is looking to hire a full-time, 40 hours per week Clinician I for our school-based program. This position will be located at 255 Bank Street Waterbury, CT. (Mon - Fri 8:00 am - 4:00 pm).
Compensation: The annual salary range for this position starts at $57,000.
Sign-on bonus: $5,000 ($2,500 at 6 months and $2,500 after 1 year).

The school-based Clinician serves as active part of a multidisciplinary team that provides school-based outpatient services in a structured therapeutic environment for children and adolescents who present with a wide range of behavioral health needs. Engages parents, family members and other pertinent adults to support the child through the therapeutic process. Treatment is aimed at assisting individuals and families by helping them develop the skills necessary to improve their quality of life.
