We are hiring a full-time Clinician (40 hours/week) based in Waterbury and New Britain, CT, working Monday to Friday, 8:00 am - 4:00 pm.
Compensation:
Clinician I: Starting at $57,000 annually, eligible for a $5,000 sign-on bonus.
Clinician II: Starting at $68,500 annually, eligible for a $7,000 sign-on bonus.
Compensation is determined based on experience, education, skills, and internal pay equity, considering benefits and paid time off for a comprehensive package.
Position Summary: Provides direct clinical services including assessment, home and community-based services, outreach, case and care management, therapy, and crisis intervention, collaborating with team members and community providers.
