We are hiring a full-time Clinician (40 hours/week) based in Waterbury and New Britain, CT, working Monday to Friday, 8:00 am - 4:00 pm.

Compensation:

Clinician I: Starting at $57,000 annually, eligible for a $5,000 sign-on bonus.

Clinician II: Starting at $68,500 annually, eligible for a $7,000 sign-on bonus.

Compensation is determined based on experience, education, skills, and internal pay equity, considering benefits and paid time off for a comprehensive package.

Position Summary: Provides direct clinical services including assessment, home and community-based services, outreach, case and care management, therapy, and crisis intervention, collaborating with team members and community providers.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain therapeutic relationships through assessment and therapy both onsite and in the community.
  • Maintain required training and certifications.
  • Collaborate with clients, team, and supports to develop treatment plans.
  • Manage emergency and crisis situations.
  • Follow mandated reporting laws.
  • Complete assessments, diagnoses, and clinical documentation within designated timeframes.
  • Adhere to regulatory standards including state, federal, Joint Commission, DCF, and DMHAS.

Requirements:

  • Master’s degree in behavioral health fields (psychology, social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy, or alcohol and drug counseling).
  • Clinician I must be license eligible; Clinician II must hold a CT license as LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or Ph.D.
  • Valid DMV license.
  • Intermediate experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Microsoft Office products.
  • Experience with Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems.
