Community Mental Health Affiliates, Inc. is seeking a Clinician II for the Adult Outpatient Program in Bristol, CT. This full-time role splits between Adult Outpatient and Intensive Outpatient and operates Monday–Friday, 9:00am–5:30pm at 88 Valley St., Bristol.

Salary ranges from $68,500 to $87,500 annually with a $7,000 sign-on bonus. Applicants must hold a Master’s in behavioral health and CT licensure eligibility. CMHA offers comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in behavioral health required.
• Connecticut license as appropriate (LCSW/LMFT/LPC/PhD/LADC).
• Experience in mental health treatment and co-occurring disorders preferred.

Responsabilités

• Performs comprehensive intake assessments and develops diagnoses and treatment plans.
• Provides individual, family, and group therapy using evidence-based practices.
• Collaborates with providers and refers to community resources as needed.
• Responds to crises and triages to meet client needs and ensures documentation is timely.
