Job summary

The Village seeks a clinician to deliver direct services in office, school, or community settings in Greater Hartford. You will conduct assessments, determine DSM diagnoses with supervision when needed, and develop treatment plans for children, adults, and families.

Responsibilities include implementing plans, coordinating discharge linked to community resources, and maintaining HIPAA-compliant documentation while meeting productivity targets.

Qualifications

• Must have MSW or equivalent and postgrad clinical experience.
• Clinical degree in social work, psychology, or related licensed-eligible field.
• LMSW or licensed-eligible status required for consideration.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct clinical services in office, school, or other settings.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop treatment plans.
• Implement plans, monitor progress, and adjust as needed.
• Coordinate discharge planning and linkages to community services.
• Complete required documentation in HIPAA-compliant system.
• Maintain productivity targets and collaborate with staff.
