The Permanente Medical Group, Inc. in California’s Central Valley seeks a 12-month Junior Faculty Fellow in Medical Education and Healthcare Simulation with a focus in Global Health.

The fellow will split time between Clinical Emergency Medicine and Medical Education, joining TPMG's Central Valley Emergency Medicine Residency Program. Ideal candidates are MD/DO, board-eligible or board-certified, with CA license eligibility, and a strong interest in medical education and simulation; the program

Qualifications

• MD/DO degree from an accredited medical school.
• Board eligibility or board certification in primary clinical specialty, as applicable.
• Unrestricted California medical license eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality emergency medical care within TPMG’s Central Valley Emergency Departments (Modesto/Manteca).
• Supervise and teach EM residents and medical students during clinical shifts.
• Provide bedside instruction, feedback, coaching, and assessment of trainees.
