Job summary

Fairview Housing in Virginia is seeking qualified clinicians to provide direct clinical services in a residential treatment setting. The role includes assessment, treatment planning, group facilitation, care coordination, and discharge planning within an interdisciplinary team to support recovery.

Candidates must hold a CSAC or be CSAC-Supervisee, have at least a bachelor’s in Human Services, and be available for daytime hours with some weekend flexibility.

Qualifications

• CSAC certification or eligibility for CSAC-Supervisee.
• Bachelor's degree with Human Services coursework.
• Valid driver's license; background check and drug screen required.
• Daytime hours with weekend flexibility.

Responsibilities

• Assess clients and develop treatment plans.

We are looking for a couple of qualified individuals who have a heart for helping men and women in recovery from addiction!

Clinicians provide direct clinical services within a residential treatment setting. This role is responsible for assessment, treatment planning, group facilitation, care coordination, and discharge planning in alignment with clinical and program requirements. Clinicians function as part of an interdisciplinary treatment team and contribute to a safe, structured, and recovery-oriented environment that supports stabilization and progression through care.

Must be a CSAC (Certified Substance Abuse Counselor), CSAC-Supervisee or eligible. Clinicians must have, at a minimum, a bachelor's degree with Human Services Coursework. Daytime hours with weekend flexibility required. Must have a passion and talent for leading engaging groups.

• Effective written and oral communication skills for documentation; including group notes, Individual Service Plans, drug screens, etc.
• Ability to work with other agency personnel
• Effective interpersonal skills.
• Ability to intervene in crisis situations and support staff in navigating these crises successfully
• Willingness to work flexible hours when needed.
• Effective organizational and time management skills.
