Job summary

Consolidated Employer Services is seeking a compassionate Clinical Therapist to provide high-quality services to adults with substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health conditions. Daytime hours with some evenings, LPCC or MSW required, and a chance to make a meaningful impact.

The role involves direct clinical care, documentation, care coordination, and participation in program development within a fast-paced, client-centered environment.

Qualifications

  • LPCC or MSW licensure required to practice.

Responsibilities

  • Provide diagnostic assessments, individual and group counseling, case management, and crisis intervention.
  • Develop and complete diagnostic assessments, treatment and safety plans, progress notes, and discharge plans.
  • Maintain compliant clinical documentation per quality and billing standards.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external providers for coordinated care.
  • Educate clients on community resources and make referrals; support program development.

Consolidated Employer Services - Full Time

Consolidated Employer Services is seeking a compassionate and driven Clinical Therapist for one of our clients to provide high-quality clinical services to adults diagnosed with substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health conditions. This position offers daytime hours with some evening availability as needed and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in clients' lives. Candidates need to have their LPCC or MSW.

Position Summary

The Clinical Therapist delivers comprehensive therapeutic services in a fast-paced, client-centered environment. The role includes direct clinical care, documentation, care coordination, and participation in program development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide clinical services including diagnostic assessments, individual and group counseling, case management, and crisis intervention
  • Develop and complete diagnostic assessments, treatment plans, crisis and safety plans, progress notes, and discharge/transition plans accurately and on time
  • Maintain complete and compliant clinical documentation in accordance with quality improvement and billing standards
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external service providers to coordinate client care
  • Educate clients on available community resources and make appropriate referrals
  • Support program development and planning as assigned
