Provides counseling services to clients with substance abuse and mental health issues. Conducts diagnostic evaluations, writes behavioral treatment plans, provides individual counseling, writes aftercare plans in accordance with department quality and productivity standards. Participates in counseling and patient care as a member of a multi-disciplinary team.
