Job summary

Life Enhancement Services - DC is seeking a fully licensed professional counselor to perform clinical assessments and develop treatment plans during daytime hours. The role includes completing CAFAS, DLA-20, and related documentation in a timely manner.

The ideal candidate holds LPC/LGSW/LGPC/LICSW licensure in DC and will participate in designing treatment protocols and conducting reassessments as needed. This is a contract position offering daytime shifts.

Qualifications

• LPC, LGSW, LGPC, LICSW licenses required by DC boards.
• Professional counselors must be licensed in Washington, DC and registered with the State Board.
• Licensure as a clinical social worker or professional counselor per DC Board requirements.

Responsibilities

• Complete clinical documentation (ASAM assessments, Diagnostic Assessment, Treatment Plans, CAFAS and DLA-20's).
• Design of the treatment protocols used within the agency.
• Provide reassessments when needed.
• Available daytime hours 10-2pm or 3-7pm.

FULLY LICENSED:

Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) ~ a licensed professional counselor by the Washington D.C.

State Board of Examiners of Professional Counselors

Licensed Graduate Social Worker (LGSW)- licensed as a clinical social worker by the Washington, DC Board of Social Workers

Licensed Graduate Professional Counselor (LGPC)- licensed as a clinical professional counselor by the Washington, DC State Board of Examiners of Professional Counselors

Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) ~ licensed as a clinical social worker by the Washington, DC Board of Social Workers

Position Responsibilities:

• Complete clinical documentation (ASAM assessments, Diagnostic Assessment, Treatment Plans, CAFAS and DLA-20's) promptly and update as required.
• Design of the treatment protocols employed within the agency
• Provide reassessments when needed
• Preferably need someone during the daytime hours from 10-2pm or 3-7pm.
