Turning-Point-Community-Programs in California is seeking a qualified behavioral health professional to deliver psychosocial, rehabilitation, and recovery-oriented services to adults under supervision.
You will complete intake assessments, help develop the Individual Client Plan with the treatment team, conduct group and individual therapy, provide crisis intervention, and coordinate care during transitions.
Under the general supervision of the Team Leader or Program Director, this at-will direct service position is responsible for providing psychosocial, rehabilitation, and recovery-oriented services for adults. The position is responsible for ensuring that clients are introduced into the Program in a comfortable, thorough, and timely manner. Completes the initial assessment of clients to confirm eligibility under the target population; keeps clients and families engaged in services until assignment to a primary therapist is successful.

QUALIFICATIONS
MINIMUM:
A typical way of obtaining the knowledge, skills, and abilities outlined above is through graduation from an accredited college or university with a master’s degree in Social Work or related field; a minimum of 4 years’ experience as a provider of mental health services, and valid registration with the Board of Behavioral Sciences (BBS).
