Job summary

Summit Pointe in Battle Creek, MI seeks a Clinician to provide screening, assessment, and referrals at the Access Center. The role supports crisis and inpatient processes, conducts psychosocial assessments, treatment planning, and group therapy coordination for adults diverted or discharged from psychiatric placement.

Requires Master’s in Psychology or Social Work, Michigan licensure (LMSW/LLMSW; LLP/TLLP; LPC/LLPC), CAADC certification or plan within 90 days, and strong computer skills.

Qualifications

• Two years of experience in behavioral health care providing clinical services, testing, and psychotherapy.
• Knowledge of psychotherapy, counseling, research methods, crisis intervention techniques, and assessment/interview methods.
• CAADC Certification or plan required; Michigan licensure (LMSW/LLMSW, LLP/TLLP, LPC/LLPC).
• Experience with electronic medical records and basic computer skills (Word, Excel).
