Our Behavioral Services team is looking for a talented behavior analyst to join our growing team! We provide services in a consultation-based model in community-based settings. The schedule is flexible, and benefits include paid holidays and time off, performance-based bonuses, and much more!

Job Summary/Objective:

The Behavior Analyst offers consultative behavior treatment plans and assessments for children and adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities and mental illness. They provide ABA services to moderate-to-high needs, focusing on reducing health and safety risks, reducing restrictive housing, and improving independence. The clinician develops treatment plans, collaborates with stakeholders, and attends BTC meetings. They also provide support, supervision, and participate in competency improvement activities. This is a hybrid role, with some work completed in the office and some work completed in the community.

Essential Duties and Functions:

• Acts as a liaison within the community to ensure continuum of care and support for customers.
• May act as a clinical resource for agency teams and conducts educational presentations as needed.
• Provides therapeutic support as outlined in the customers plan of service based on person-centered planning and utilization of evidence-based practices.
• Participates in corporate quality improvement and problem-solving activities.
• Utilizes evidence-based treatments and conducts assessments within their scope of practice and licensure.
• Provides training and feedback to caregivers and staff in community-based settings.
• Provides supervision, training, and support to registered behavior technicians.

Education:

• Master’s Degree in Psychology, Social work, or related field, required.
• Certification and licensure in Behavior Analysis and approved to supervise students if needed.

Qualifications

• Two years’ experience in behavior health care setting utilizing evidence-based practices and behavior modification techniques.
• Demonstrates strong organizational and verbal communication skills.
• One or more years’ experience in leadership or supervisory role.
• One or more years’ experience developing behavior treatment plans.
• No criminal history that would preclude employment under federal and state law and regulations in a federal or state health program.
• Reliable transportation and ability to obtain a driving permit.
• One year of computer experience – Word, Excel, electronic medical record software, and teleconsultation software.
• Knowledge of general office systems, business administration clerical systems.
• Experience in the assessment and treatment of severe and dangerous behaviors.
• Familiarity with consultative models of behavioral service delivery.
