Job summary

Spectrum Health Systems in Weymouth, MA is seeking an experienced mental health professional for our outpatient treatment program. You will provide individual clinical services and case management to clients with mental health, substance use, or dual diagnosis needs, and lead group treatment using Spectrum curriculum.

Requirements: Master’s degree and at least one year of supervised counseling; LICSW or LMHC licensure preferred. Salary: $65,000–$88,100 yearly, plus a $4,500 bonus.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree required in clinical psychology, counseling, education-counseling, medicine, psychology, psychiatric nursing, rehabilitative counseling, social work, or closely related field.
• Minimum of one year of supervised counseling experience.
• LICSW or LMHC licensure preferred.

Responsibilities

• Providing quality individual clinical services and case management to assigned clients with mental health, substance abuse, or dual diagnosis needs.
• Providing group treatment to clients using Spectrum curriculum and following group facilitation protocol.
• Referring clients to appropriate services in the community as necessary.
• Maintaining current clinical skills, licensure and certifications as required and attending trainings.

Location and Schedule

Location: Weymouth, MA - Outpatient Treatment Program

Schedule: Full-time, at least 40 hours

Pay rate: $65,000-$67,200 (Masters), $69,400-$73,800 (LADC-1), $77,100-$88,100 (LMHC/LICSW). Ranges depend on licensure and experience. Additional opportunities for productivity bonuses.
