Job summary

Spectrum Health Systems, Inc in North Adams, MA is seeking a Clinician for the outpatient treatment program to provide documented individual and group counseling and case management.

The role offers a full-time schedule with a salary of $65,000–$67,200 annually, plus a $3,000 sign-on bonus and a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision insurance, life insurance, PTO, tuition reimbursement, and 401k with company match up to 7%.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in clinical psychology or closely related field.
• Minimum of one year of supervised counseling experience.
• Must attend annual mandatory in-service and education programs.
• Must complete education required for maintenance of professional certification or licensure if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Providing documented individual and group clinical services and case management to patients with mental health, substance use disorder, or dual diagnosis.
• Strictly adhering to HIPAA and confidentiality policies when responding to inquiries for patient information.
• Assisting with crisis management and other emergencies as needed and maintaining knowledge of emergency preparedness plans.
• Working the hours required to meet the business needs of the organization including the ability to work more than 40 hours in a work week.

• Providing documented individual and group clinical services and case management to patients with mental health, substance use disorder, or dual diagnosis
• Strictly adhering to HIPAA and confidentiality policies when responding to inquiries for patient information.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

• LICSW, LMHC, LADC-1 or CADAC certification preferred
• Minimum of a master's degree in clinical psychology, education-counseling, medicine, psychology, psychiatric nursing, rehabilitative counseling, social work, or closely related field
• Minimum of one year of supervised counseling experience required
• Must attend annual mandatory in-service and education programs
• Must complete education required for maintenance of professional certification or licensure if applicable
